Cipresso

The Cipresso appartment consists of a living area and a rest area.
In the living area on the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and the sleeping area with bathroom. There is a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). The bathroom is made of travertine marble and has a large shower. A staircase leads to the rest area with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). A total of 4 beds can be set up here. The external loggia is covered and equipped with a generous dining table. This is the ideal place to enjoy local culinary specialities and an exceptional view of the Marche hills.

Equipment

Basic equipment - underfloor heating and underfloor cooling, fireplace, washing machine and dishwasher with detergent, tumble dryer*, linen bed sheets, children's chair, general deskware.

Kitchen - well equipped kitchen with gas cooker and gas oven, fridge, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, small kitchen tools such as moka coffee machine, boiler and cookware. Linen tablecloths and kitchen towels. There is a basic selection of food - olive oil, homemade spelt pasta, tomato sauce, coffee, herbal tea, honey, jam, salt, pepper, fresh herbs from the garden.

Bathroom - towels and bathrobes, hairdryer and care products such as shower gel and homemade olive oil soap.

A stable wireless internet (WLAN) connection is availabe in the holiday flat.
