Olmo

The Olmo appartment consists of a living area and a rest area.
The kitchen and dining room are located in the living area on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the rest area with two double beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm). Directly connected to the rest area is the bathroom made of travertine marble, which has a large shower.
The external loggia is covered and equipped with a generous dining table. This is the ideal place to enjoy local culinary specialities and an exceptional view of the Marche hills.

Equipment

Basic equipment - underfloor heating and underfloor cooling, fireplace, washing machine and dishwasher with detergent, tumble dryer*, linen bed sheets, children's chair, general deskware.

Kitchen - well equipped kitchen with gas cooker and gas oven, fridge, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, small kitchen tools such as moka coffee machine, boiler and cookware. Linen tablecloths and kitchen towels. There is a basic selection of food - olive oil, homemade spelt pasta, tomato sauce, coffee, herbal tea, honey, jam, salt, pepper, fresh herbs from the garden.

Bathroom - towels and bathrobes, hairdryer and care products such as shower gel and homemade olive oil soap.

A stable wireless internet (WLAN) connection is availabe in the holiday flat.
