The minimum stay is 4 nights. Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week.

Pets free of charge (on request – only dogs on a leash are allowed)

Free end cleaning (on request we can arrange an intermediate cleaning plus 100,-€/apartment)

30% deposit on receipt of booking confirmation and balance 4 weeks before arrival

Up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price

From 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price

100% of the total price in case of no arrival or shorter stay.
